When I spoke to Genevieve on the telephone for the first time prior to booking her for her wedding hair and makeup, I knew she was my kind of bride! She told me all about her Liverpool wedding plans and about living on a sailboat with her fiance Matt and traveling. I was super excited for her November Wedding!
Genevieve’s theme was Autumn colour as this is her favourite time of ye. We chose warm tones of brown and gold at her trial which really made her blue eyes sparkle. I used all cruelty free and vegan products including Viseart Golden Hour eyeshadow palette, Illamasqua Beyond Powder, and Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Finish and Pillow Talk Lipstick. Genevieve wanted a lovely twisted up-do for her hair, I just loved the playful texture!
Genevieve also booked her mum Vera in for the Glamorama Treatment! Check out her beautiful dress and fab hat!
The bride’s dress is not too shabby either! What an incredible design by Temperley Bridal. The lace sleeves are perfect for a November wedding. The lace is just to die for.
Genevieve and Matt’s ceremony was at the Athenaeum in Liverpool City Center. They had the lovely Lorraine Hull, The Liverpool Celebrant, presiding over their wedding.
Following the ceremony, the happy couple and guests paraded through town and to the always amazing Leaf on Bold Street, accompanied by the brass band Hardcore Horns!
Leaf was transformed into an autumn woodland fantasy by the incredible Thornton Events. Judging by the photos by Rachel Burt Photography, everyone had a blast all night long!
What a fun wedding! I absolutely loved working with Genevieve, and I’m excited that she has already booked me for her hair and makeup for her cousin’s wedding next year. She was such a lovely Glamorama Bride!
